Preferred Skills & Needed Experience:

Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP); CFY candidates will also be considered Background working with pediatric populations, with experience in early childhood and elementary school settings strongly valued Ability to assess, develop, and implement IEPs, as well as collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K12 students, including assessments and individualized interventions Develop and maintain treatment plans and IEPs, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students educational progress Maintain clear records and document progress according to school and district policy Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
