Pocola, OK 74902 (in person) About us Jump Start Pediatric Therapy is a pediatric outpatient clinic in Pocola, Oklahoma, serving families across the Arkansas-Oklahoma River Valley. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy for infants, toddlers, and school-age children in a warm, play-based setting. We're owned and led by a board-certified pediatric clinical specialist, and we keep our caseloads reasonable so therapists can do their best work. About the role We're adding a PRN speech-language pathologist to grow our speech therapy service line. You'll evaluate and treat children with speech, language, feeding, and communication needs, and partner closely with families on carryover at home. Hours are flexible and scheduled around your availability and our referral volume, with the opportunity to grow into more hours as the caseload builds. What you'll do Complete evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide one-on-one treatment for articulation, receptive/expressive language, feeding and oral motor, fluency, and social communication needs Document in our EMR (Ensora Fusion) accurately and on time Collaborate with our PT and OT team on shared patients Support authorizations and progress reporting for Medicaid and commercial payers What we're looking for Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Oklahoma SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
