What You'll Do:
Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders Develop individualized care plans following clinical standards and regulations Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support interventions Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Document all treatments, assessments, and outcomes in electronic records Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Participate in care conferences, trainings, and team meetings Support and supervise student or CFY Speech-Language Pathologists Ensure compliance with ASHA and state practice standards
What You Need:
Active ASHA and State Licensure Prior experience working in long-term care preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams About the
