Position Overview We are currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services in skilled nursing facilities in Shawnee/OKC Oklahoma . We can offer both fulltime and part time or prn hours with flexible scheduling options. Whether you seek a fulltime gig, or to pick up extra hours over the weekend, we have many schedule options available. In this role, you will evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their highest level of function and quality of life. Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders Complete bedside swallowing evaluations and provide dysphagia treatment Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and recommendations Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Oklahoma Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered depending on location and supervision availability) Valid driver's license Authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to pass a background screening Join a Team That Values You At RehabSource, you're more than just an SLP—you're an important part of a team that values both therapists and the patients we serve.
