Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of students with speech and language challenges, identifying strengths and needs Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals Provide engaging therapy sessions to address articulation, fluency, language, and social communication Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of student progress and session outcomes Collaborate effectively with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to ensure a team-based approach Partner with families to educate and empower them as active participants in their child's therapy journey

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Open to Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (CFY) with strong foundational skills Previous experience with school-aged children or in pediatric settings is highly valued Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated adaptability and a commitment to both independent work and collaboration This position is an excellent match for SLPs who thrive in student-centered environments and value professional mentorship.
