Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make an impact in education while advancing your career as a Speech-Language Pathologist. In this contract role, you'll partner with a school community near Dallas, OR, helping students unlock their communication potential in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your expertise will foster meaningful growth for learners of all backgrounds and abilities.
Qualifications & Required Experience:
Current Speech-Language Pathology license in the state Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Previous experience working in school settings preferred Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Comfort with IEP processes, case management, and collaboration with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs Support IEP development, participate in team meetings, and collaborate with teachers and parents Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for student files and progress reports Deliver direct therapy in both individual and small group formats Stay current on best practices in school-based SLP services This contract position offers you the opportunity to work within an engaging school community, providing essential services to children who benefit from your expertise.
