Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Medford, OR, serving K-12 students within Jackson County schools. This contract opportunity runs through June 4, 2026, with a work schedule of 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This role requires in-person service delivery—telepractice is not available at this time.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to meet student needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Valid Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. Experience working in school settings serving children from diverse backgrounds. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students, families, and school staff.
Location:
Position is based in Jackson County schools, Medford, Oregon. In-person assignment only.
