Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Empower students to find their voices as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist in an engaging school-based setting. This contract role offers guaranteed hours, allowing you to focus on meaningful work supporting children's growth and communication skills. As a valued member of a collaborative team, you'll make a daily impact helping students build confidence and reach academic success.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current Oregon Speech Language Pathologist license required Valid
SLP - CCC
certification Full-time availability with a commitment to scheduled hours Previous school-based experience preferred, but not mandatory—enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students according to IEPs and district guidelines Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to foster a supportive environment and maximize student outcomes Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students Deliver services with flexibility and cultural sensitivity, meeting the needs of a diverse student population
