9649862-97048 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-5 students in a collaborative educational setting near Rainier, OR. This is a full-time, contract position offering a dynamic caseload and a supportive team environment. Youll work across three school sitesa large shared campus with another SLP and SLPA support, a smaller school also with SLPA support, and a very small charter schoolensuring variety in your day-to-day experience. The service load is approximately 80 students, with a direct caseload under 40, so youll have ample time to deliver impactful interventions.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Oregon SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) is mandatory Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Ability to collaborate with SLPA and school teams Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech, language, and communication services to K-5 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in eligibility meetings Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff Utilize your expertise to supervise and mentor SLPAs, as needed Maintain timely service records and compliance with school standards Start date is as soon as possible, with the position running through June 18, 2027. Youll work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, and earn between $50 and $55 per hour, paid weekly.
