Key Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for clinical fellowship Familiarity with school-based SLP practice, IEP procedures, and special education services Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy in a school setting Excellent communication and collaboration skills Committed to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students

Core Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students Conduct screenings, assessments, and re-evaluations as required Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create effective support plans Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility conferences, and ongoing staff development Maintain accurate records, comply with state and federal regulations, and contribute to a dynamic school community
