This full-time contract opportunity for the 20262027 school year involves working with students in grades K12, collaborating closely with educators and families. Whether you prefer a caseload with moderate needs or more profound challenges, your expertise will be valued and your preferences considered.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active SLP license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain) Experience with early childhood, elementary, and pediatric populations Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation standards Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills Flexibility and compassion for working with a variety of student needs
Core Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, adapting interventions per individual education plans Conduct evaluations and screenings for communication disorders across a diverse K12 population Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in partnership with multidisciplinary teams Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Foster positive partnerships with teachers, parents, and caregivers to support student success Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school-based activities
