Speech Pathologist Role Overview Responsibilities include: Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges. Modifying therapy approaches based on patient progress and needs. Tracking, documenting, and monitoring patient performance and response to treatment. Supporting patients through their communication recovery journey and celebrating their victories.
Qualifications:
Current licensure or certification as per state regulations. Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification or obtaining it within 30 days of hire. Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience acceptable.
