Job Description

Part-Time Opportunity with Potential for Full-Time Placement
POSITION SUMMARY
At Clear Path Pediatric Therapy, our mission is to support children, families, schools, and communities through exceptional therapy services, compassionate care, clinical excellence, and strong advocacy. We believe that when clinicians feel supported, valued, and empowered, they are able to provide the highest quality services to the students and families they serve. Clear Path Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned and therapist-led pediatric practice headquartered in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, providing school-based, outpatient, and early intervention services throughout the region. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated school-based team to support a local elementary school district. This is a W-2 employee position, not an independent contractor role. We believe in investing in our clinicians through meaningful support, mentorship, benefits, professional development opportunities, and long-term career growth. This position offers approximately 12 hours per week (1.5 days) within an elementary school setting, primarily serving general education students with a variety of communication needs. The district offers flexibility regarding the specific days worked, and students are present from approximately 8:45am to 3:30pm daily (flexibility as to when you would arrive/leave). One of the most exciting aspects of this opportunity is the district itself. This is an incredibly supportive, welcoming, and collaborative school district that is highly sought after by our therapists. The special education team, administration, and educational staff truly value related service providers and work hard to create a positive, team-oriented environment where clinicians feel respected, appreciated, and supported. Opportunities within districts like this are rare, and we are confident the successful candidate will quickly understand why this district is such a wonderful place to work. For clinicians seeking a part-time opportunity, all direct and indirect time is paid at a competitive hourly rate. For candidates interested in full-time employment, we are happy to combine this placement with an additional school-based assignment located approximately 20 minutes away to create a full-time salaried position with benefits. Whether you are an experienced school-based clinician or a Clinical Fellow seeking exceptional mentorship, this position offers the opportunity to join a highly supportive team while making a meaningful impact on students' communication skills and educational success.
