Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Wee Speak is currently accepting resumes for a contracted or Full Time Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist position in Doylestown, PA. Are you looking to help improve a child's life by providing them with the ability to communicate effectively? Do you enjoy having flexible work hours and working in a private clinical setting? Wee Speak is seeking a fun, motivated and compassionate speech therapist to work with children in a warm, caring and supportive environment for 15-40 hours/week. Weekday afternoon/evening availability is most needed at this time. Candidates must have their CCC's and be willing to work on site.
Job Requirements:
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations Write evaluation, re-evaluation and progress reports Provide ongoing direct therapy with clients Documentation requirements include: daily data collection, daily sessions notes, attendance, and 3-6 month progress reports Consult with families, teachers and other professionals on the child's team as needed.
