This full-time contract position for the 20262027 school year involves delivering speech-language therapy services to a diverse K12 population. Caseload assignments are flexible, tailored to your expertise and preference, and may involve supporting students with a variety of needsfrom moderate to profound. Both travel and local professionals are welcomed, providing a chance to bring fresh perspectives and collaborate within a supportive educational environment. To thrive in this position, candidates should have experience or skillsets in: School-based speech-language pathology Working with pediatric and early childhood populations Serving elementary and/or adolescent students Customizing therapy strategies for a broad range of communication and language disorders Adaptability in addressing the unique needs of each student Responsibilities include: Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborating regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members Providing direct therapy in group and one-on-one settings Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student progress Enjoy a range of benefits tailored to support your well-being and professional growth, including competitive weekly pay between $40 and $60 per hour, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
