Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and PA State License required Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred Prior experience with executive functioning, social learning, and selective mutism is a plus Skilled with IEPWriter and Synergy systems is highly valued Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-6 students (caseload: 25-30, primarily speech-only with some dual diagnosis) Conduct assessments, create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor progress Collaborate with teachers, families, and other providers Deliver targeted instruction 2 days per week—ideally Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 AM-3:30 PM (instruction from 8:30 AM-3:00 PM)
