Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in school-based settings, including pediatric SLP, SLP-CFY, and/or SLPA roles Teletherapy experience is a plus but not required Comfort working with IEP Writer (preferred) Willingness to travel between two elementary buildings each week
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-person speech-language therapy to elementary school students, one day per building Develop, review, and implement IEPs for students with communication needs Collaborate closely with special education staff and classroom teachers Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings Supervise and support a Clinical Fellow (CF)
