Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid SLP license for the state of Pennsylvania Experience with pediatric populations in educational settings strongly preferred Comfortable working with K12 students and adapting therapy techniques for diverse needs Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to provide both in-person and remote services if needed

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored IEP goals for a varied caseload Deliver evidence-based therapy to students, monitoring and documenting progress Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes Maintain accurate records in accordance with school procedures and state regulations Provide support and education to staff and caregivers regarding communication needs
