Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact by supporting students across multiple school locations in the greater Aston and Broomall areas. You'll deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services in dedicated Autistic Support classrooms and provide itinerant support to students throughout a vibrant community network. With a flexible schedule opportunity (full-time 5 days/week or part-time at least 2 days/week), this contract role is designed to fit your availability and expertise.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is required Active Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Certification Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred Ability to work collaboratively in varied educational settings and adapt to diverse student needs Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Dedicated to fostering growth and communication skills in children of all abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in both classroom-based and itinerant settings Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication, articulation, fluency, and language disorders Collaborate with classroom staff, parents, and other related service providers to ensure optimal support for each student Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings/share progress with teams Serve locations throughout the Aston, Media, Brookhaven, Glen Mills, Chaddsford, Broomall, Darby, and Upper Darby regions This is your chance to shape students' educational journeys while enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a supportive, passionate group of professionals.
