Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make an immediate impact supporting students by bringing your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to a thriving school environment near New Oxford, PA! This contract opportunity is ideal for licensed SLPs with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who are passionate about enriching student communication and academic success.
What You'll Bring:
Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Pennsylvania Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred Exceptional skills in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders Strong communication abilities for collaborating with students, educators, and families Commitment to creating inclusive learning opportunities and fostering student growthYour Role Will Include:
Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Providing direct and consultative therapy services to students with diverse needs Documenting progress, maintaining accurate records, and preparing required reports Supporting teachers and staff with resources and strategies to promote communication success in class Engaging with parents and guardians to provide insight, progress updates, and recommendationsHere's What You Can Look Forward To:
