Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility) Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds and needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech, language, and communication services to students Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure student success Provide direct and consultative therapeutic interventions across elementary, middle, and high school placements in Montgomery County Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP team meetings
