Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Prior experience with K-12 student populations preferred Strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques for a variety of age groups Compassionate interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and related documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate students, identify speech and language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct therapy services to students in grades K-12, adapting approaches for developmental needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate communication strategies into the classroom Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, provide updates on student progress, and contribute to goal-setting Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices and regulatory changes
