Were seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CCC) for three full-time, onsite contract roles serving elementary, middle, and high school caseloads. required Previous experience in school-based settings is essential Ability to obtain and maintain all Pennsylvania clearances Demonstrated experience working in urban schools Reliable transportation for punctual onsite attendance Comfortable working exclusively onsite; remote options are not available Flexible to work within the hours of 7:15 AM 4:00 PM (no schedule accommodations) Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

What Youll Do:

Provide direct speech-language therapy to assigned caseloads: elementary, middle (6th8th), or high school Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and routinely document student progress Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students educational outcomes Participate actively in IEP meetings and parent conferences as required Adapt interventions to address a range of student abilities and backgrounds Maintain compliance with state, district, and federal guidelines for school-based
