Desired Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania Reading Specialist certification required Prior school-based experience, with a strong background in urban educational settings Demonstrated skill in classroom instruction and behavioral management Ability to create engaging, standard-aligned lesson plans using formative assessments and differentiation Mastery of subject matter and effective use of instructional materials Experience with elementary (K-8) caseloads highly preferred All required Pennsylvania clearances must be completed prior to start Reliable transportation for daily commuting Comfortable with the district's environment and the surrounding community Prepared for a Zoom-based interview
