9635118-18974 Job Description Begin a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students communication and educational goals in a highly organized, charter school environment. This position centers around delivering high-quality speech services to elementary students, with an engaging and collaborative atmosphere. Youll have the chance to work closely with a dedicated para-professional and be part of a team that values flexibility, clear communication, and consistency. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) extends through June 2027 and focuses on students from kindergarten through 6th grade. The daily caseload features a balanced mix of speech-only students and those with speech needs as a secondary disability, including individuals who are nonverbal, have ASD, or require higher levels of support. Youll be working with approximately 13 students each day.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current CCC-SLP certification Pennsylvania teaching certificate and all state clearances required Experience working with elementary-aged children, with preference for candidates familiar with nonverbal/ASD populations Strong communication skills, engaging presence, and reliability in the educational setting Flexibility to adapt to varying student needs and collaborate effectively with staff Previous virtual service experience is highly desired Successful completion of a technical screen and clinical exception (if required)
