What You'll Do Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with speech and language disorders. Provide therapy in homes, daycares, and through teletherapy as appropriate. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers. Complete documentation and progress notes in a timely manner. Help children build the foundational communication skills they need to thrive. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Alabama SLP license (or ability to obtain). CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with children and supporting families.
