9573867-88262 Job Description Step into a dynamic opportunity serving school-aged children as a Speech-Language Pathologist. In this contract position, youll work closely with students to support their communication development in an educational setting. Onsite work is required, but theres potential for a hybrid scheduleup to two days per week can be remote, introducing flexibility while still allowing you to collaborate on campus.
Required Qualifications:
Active New Mexico SLP License Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience in pediatric and/or school settings highly valued Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and progress reporting Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in alignment with IEPs Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and contribute to eligibility meetings Collaborate with teachers, families, and allied school professionals to promote student success Document therapy sessions, maintain compliance with state and district requirements Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings Adapt therapy delivery for onsite and occasional remote sessions as needed This contract runs through July 28, 2026, providing consistency for your caseload and allowing you to build lasting relationships with both students and colleagues. Youll enjoy approximately 35 hours per week, five days a week, with stability throughout the assignment.
