Job Description

Category Therapy - Skilled - SLP Job Type Contract This exciting full-time opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a difference for students across elementary and middle school campuses. This contract assignment offers the chance to support a variety of ages and developmental needs in a friendly, collaborative school environment near Rockwood, TN. With the flexibility to consider on-site or VOCO (virtual/remote) services, you can choose the work setting that best suits your skills and lifestyle. Successful applicants will bring expertise in pediatric therapy and school-based speech services. You will manage a caseload across two schools (one elementary and one middle), working closely with educators, families, and other support staff to help students reach their communication goals.

Key Qualifications:

Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathology License (TN SLP) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or be in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience serving pediatric or school-age students preferred Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities Comfort with both in-person and VOCO/virtual service delivery models (school will consider both options)
