You will manage a caseload across two schools (one elementary and one middle), working closely with educators, families, and other support staff to help students reach their communication goals.

Key Qualifications:

Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathology License (TN SLP) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or be in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience serving pediatric or school-age students preferred Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities Comfort with both in-person and VOCO/virtual service delivery models (school will consider both options)
