Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract position serving one K-4 school site. As part of this full-time opportunity near Denver, CO, you'll work closely with a manageable caseload of 33 students, helping young learners improve their communication skills and reach their personal milestones. Your expertise in school-based SLP and familiarity with pediatric needs, healthcare protocols, and teletherapy solutions will be key to your success. Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply, as this is a preferred qualification for working within our diverse student population. New graduates who are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or experienced therapists with CCCs are equally welcomed—what matters is your passion for empowering students.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLP license (or in progress—interviews may occur while pending) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible CFY status Experience with school-aged and pediatric populations Strong preference given to bilingual English/Spanish candidates Proficient with teletherapy platforms (hybrid schedule potential) Independent, creative, and collaborative SLPA supervision is not required
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct and consultative services to K-4 students at a single campus Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with IEP and state regulations Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student growth Engage in virtual or hybrid service delivery as appropriate and arranged Take the next meaningful step in your SLP career while making a daily difference in students' lives. to connect your skills and compassion with a supportive school community dedicated to student success! Compensation for this position ranges from $37.73 to $57.73. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
