(PSLS) is hiring Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) and licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLPs) to join our growing, therapist-owned practice in the Charlotte area. This flexible hybrid role includes clinic, school-based services, teletherapy, and in-home early intervention visits for children ages birth-18. We're passionate about family-centered care, early intervention, and supporting children with hearing loss and complex communication needs. ⸻ What You'll Do Provide evaluations and individualized treatment plans Deliver therapy in clinic, schools, homes (early intervention), and via teletherapy Conduct in-home EI visits in natural environments Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and care teams Maintain timely documentation Build a flexible caseload based on your availability ⸻ Qualifications Master's in Speech-Language Pathology CF-SLPs welcome (dedicated mentorship and support provided)

OR ASHA CCC-SLP + NC

license (or eligibility) Pediatric experience preferred Comfortable with home visits and hybrid service delivery ⸻ Bonus Experience Early Intervention / home-based therapy Feeding or hearing loss Bilingual (English/Spanish) School-based experience ⸻ Why Join PSLS?
