Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, offering flexible scheduling options from 3 to 5 days per week. This role supports both virtual and onsite service delivery, accommodating a range of professional preferences. Collaboration with a dedicated clinical and technology team enhances the ability to provide effective teletherapy and in-person support within the school environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering speech-language therapy services to students across various grade levels. Conducting teletherapy and virtual sessions efficiently using provided technology. Collaborating with educators and support staff to develop individualized treatment plans. Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school guidelines. Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and desired experience:
Current certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Experience providing school-based SLP services, including telepractice. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and related technology. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt treatment to diverse student needs. Commitment to a flexible schedule within the contracted school year.
