Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students communication skills and helping them achieve success in an educational environment near Anaheim, CA! This contract role offers flexibility, with a variety of positions availableincluding onsite, hybrid, remote, and travel options. For travel roles, there are bonus incentives available, with some positions offering bonuses up to $5,000.
What Youll Bring:
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or CFY with supervision Experience working with school-aged children, ranging from early childhood through high school Strong commitment to working with diverse student populations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy skills for digital documentation (especially for remote/hybrid roles)
Your Impactful Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students unique needs Deliver engaging therapy sessions individually or in small groups, both in-person or virtually depending on the assignment Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to foster student growth Maintain meticulous treatment records and progress notes in accordance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities to support optimal outcomes for every student
