Job Description

Step into an exciting opportunity supporting students' communication needs in a vibrant educational setting. Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions are available for the 2026-2027 academic year, offering a contract assignment from August to June. Hybrid scheduling flexibility may be arranged after a discussion with the district, allowing a blend of onsite and remote work for added convenience. Successful candidates will bring the following qualifications and experience: Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Prior experience in school-based settings preferred Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills Ability to tailor therapy approaches to support diverse student populations Dedication to helping students achieve speech, language, and communication goals Key responsibilities and duties include: Conducting comprehensive speech-language assessments Developing and implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals Providing direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language needs Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families for student support Completing required documentation and progress reports according to district and federal guidelines Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to intervention planning Flexibly utilizing onsite and hybrid work options as appropriate This role offers a full 37.5-hour workweek, the opportunity to make a tangible difference in students' lives, and the professional satisfaction of working in a supportive school community.
