Desired Experience & Qualifications:

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Current NJDOE certification Background in school-based Speech-Language Pathology, serving diverse student populations Experience working with a PreK-12th grade caseload (approx. 40 students) Familiarity with nonverbal students and use of low-tech AAC devices strongly preferred Ability to commit to an in-person contract, as remote/virtual services are not being considered

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with varying needs, including those with complex communication profiles Assess, develop, and implement targeted treatment plans tailored to each students IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support carryover and maximize student progress Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports Effectively manage a dynamic caseload and adapt to changing needs throughout the assignment
