Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based speech therapy to children and/or adults. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families on strategies to support therapy goals at home. Help patients improve communication skills, confidence, independence, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Georgia SLP license or eligibility for Georgia licensure. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Previous clinical or educational experience in speech-language pathology. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
