Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time role spans the entire academic year, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact while working onsite with the possibility to arrange a hybrid schedule in collaboration with the district. Youll be part of a supportive special education team, providing services that empower students to reach their communication goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Active SLP licensure, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Prior experience in school-based SLP settings strongly preferred Current knowledge of best practices in assessment and therapy for diverse school-age populations Strong collaboration abilities with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent organization and documentation skills Adaptability to varied caseloads and service models, including potential hybrid days
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students referred by educational staff or families Provide evidence-based therapy focused on individualized education plan (IEP) goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP documents Consult with teachers and families to support students communication needs within the classroom Maintain accurate, timely records of services, progress notes, and required documentation Collaborate with school personnel to support a positive learning environment This position spans from August 10, 2026, to June 3, 2027, with 37.5 hours a week and potential for flexible hybrid arrangements.
