Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Category Schools - SLP - Telespeech Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Alabama | Virtual 37.5 Hours/Week Full School Year 1099 Contract Soliant Education is seeking a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to K-12 students in an Alabama school district for the upcoming school year. Position Details Fully virtual, school-based position K-12 caseload 37.5 hours per week Full school year assignment 1099 contract Provide speech and language therapy services through teletherapy Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Alabama SLP license
