About the Role This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, Oakland, or San Diego, CA, with three days in-office and two days remote each week. As a SLP Lead Recruiter, you will play a key role in building and scaling Scoot's Speech Services offerings. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while acting as a consultant and partner to both schools and individual clinicians. values Lead full-cycle recruitment for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) Support the hiring for other Related Service Providers (ex: Board Certified Behavior Analysts) Vet, hire, and place high-quality speech professionals with Scoot's partner schools Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with SLPs and SLPAs Serve as a strategic partner to schools as they navigate urgent staffing needs Develop meaningful relationships with school leaders and key decision-makers Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience that leads to successful, long-term placements Ensure providers and schools feel supported throughout the entire placement lifecycle This role is ideal for someone who understands Speech-Language Pathology, how Related Service Providers operate in school environments, how to recruit, hire and retain these speech professionals, and is motivated by creating meaningful, lasting impact in education. Perks + Benefits $80,000-90,000/year with Bonuses. This is an exempt role. This range applies to non-clinical candidates; significantly higher compensation is offered for candidates with a clinical background (e.g., Speech-Language Pathologist).
