Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Florida SLP license (or eligibility) Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred Comfortable providing therapy in various formats (1:1, small group, inclusive settings) Experience with or willingness to supervise an SLPA Familiarity with Frontline (or willingness to learn)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students (caseload shared among 3 SLPs) Deliver services through inclusive therapy, 1:1, and small group formats Maintain thorough documentation with Frontline software Supervise and mentor a dedicated SLPA Collaborate with educators and families to support student outcomes
