Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license (or ability to obtain for Rhode Island) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to different environments and work with diverse students
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings Deliver engaging therapy sessions in both group and individual settings
