Bizzy Bees opened in June of 2021 and has been rapidly expanding to meet the needs of the community. We are looking for another full time speech therapist to add to our team! Comfort with complex cases, experience with low and high tech communication strategies, assistive technology, reading, and feeding experience are preferred! Our program is built on our mission to provide innovative, collaborative and high quality services to the families in our community. QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited, approved Speech-Language Pathology program. Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in RI. Must comply with all RI requirements for continuing education. Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (AHSA) Must have CCCs Valid National Provider Identifier number (NPI) Must know and follow the ASHA Code of Ethics and Standard of Practice. Must have one year (however more preferred) experience working with pediatrics. Must have demonstrated success working in fast-paced work environment with the ability to meet the individual needs of each child and family. Must have experience working in a team setting. Demonstrated experience in utilization of AAC strongly preferred Experience with reading and executive functioning preferred Experience with pediatric feeding and swallowing preferred CPR Certified. Strong organization and communication skills. Must be reliable and flexible to meet the needs of the clients.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 1.
Provides outstanding client care and appropriate treatment following established clinical procedures and techniques including: a. Initial evaluations and establishes appropriate long- and short-term measurable goals and plan-of-care. b. Performs appropriate and standardized assessments and develop a plan of care for every client. c. Follows through with the established plan of care for each client. d. Provides appropriate treatment following established procedures and techniques, and utilizes best practice and evidence-based practice. e. Maintains the highest level of client confidentiality f. Provides documentation for all evaluations, treatments, home programs, re-evaluations, re-assessments and discharges in compliance with established insurance and company guidelines that need to be finalized within 24 hours. 2. Maintains exceptional client, healthcare provider and staff relationships 3. Demonstrates excellent time management skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously 4. Supports in coordinating of clients for evaluations and treatment in coordination with clients and other staff. 5. Practices SLP consistent with the ASHA Code of Ethics 6. Maintains professional license, and malpractice/general liability insurance and provide current copy to Management each year. 7. Maintains up to date techniques and trends in speech language pathology 8. Reports all client related issues to Senior Team Lead and Clinical Director. 9. Assists in tracking client information - return to Dr. dates, benefit information 10.
Maintains compliance under:
a. HIPAA b. OSHA c. Medical Insurance d. State and federal regulations e. Any other 11. Attends and participate in all staff meetings 12. Assists in the marketing of practice 13. Works with the Senior Team Lead, Clinical Director and Admin team to ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction 14. Meets with the Senior Team Lead and Clinical Director as necessary to discuss client care and other clinical issues 15. Specific tasks and other related duties as requested and/or assigned by the

$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
