is a pediatric speech therapy practice in Rhode Island. We bring therapy to children and families in their homes, and this fall, we're opening an office of our own. We're looking for a speech-language pathologist to grow with us. What your week could look like Daytime home visits within approximately 10 miles of the clinic, grouped by area to reduce travel Evening sessions in our new office A caseload that builds to approximately 25 sessions per week for a full-time clinician, with fewer sessions for part-time clinicians Documentation time built into your schedule, with an AI documentation tool to help you finish notes during the workday What we offer Separate reimbursement rates for treatment sessions and evaluations Paid drive time and mileage A 6-week onboarding plan with shadowing, co-treatment, and a gradual transition to your own caseload Weekly one-on-one mentorship and case consultation with the owner An annual continuing education stipend and treatment materials A sign-on bonus after 90 days A small team where your ideas can help shape the practice Who we're looking for A Rhode Island licensed SLP or someone eligible for licensure. Clinical fellows are welcome, and CF supervision is provided. We also welcome applications from SLPAs. Someone who enjoys working with children and coaching their families Someone comfortable providing services in family homes who has a reliable car Experience in early intervention, autism, AAC, or preschool settings is a plus, but it isn't required.
