Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Active speech-language pathology license (CCC or CFY) or eligibility in South Carolina Experience with school-aged children preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills in educational settings Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication and organizational abilities Collaborative, supportive approach when working with educators, families, and students

Core Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine therapy needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student communication outcomes Maintain timely, accurate records of student progress and service delivery Adapt therapy approaches and interventions to best fit student needs Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and offer professional input
