Key Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program Valid SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) Experience supporting students in school settings highly valued Expertise in evaluation, development, and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, educators, and families Ability to provide therapy, assessments, and develop treatment plans for a diverse student population

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students, individually or in small groups Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to address student needs Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Regularly participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams Serve as a resource to educators and families, providing strategies and support that foster student success
