9672297-29709 Job Description Make a meaningful impact supporting students communication and language development in a dynamic, school-based setting near Chesterfield, SC. This contract position presents an excellent opportunity for a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to work full-time (37-40 hours per week, five days) from now until May 28, 2027. Youll provide direct speech and language therapy services across a range of school sites, serving a diverse caseload of students from preschool (3K) through 12th grade with varying ability levels. The role includes screening, evaluation, development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and collaboration and consultation with multidisciplinary teams and caregivers.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid CCC-SLP certification (Clinical Certificate of Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) Active South Carolina state license as a Speech Language Pathologist South Carolina teacher certification Previous school-based experience preferred (new graduate CFs are not eligible) Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students across multiple school sites Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with IEP teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Adjust therapeutic strategies to accommodate each students unique needs This position offers the opportunity to work with a wide age range of students within several attendance areas, providing variety and rewarding challenges to your day.
