Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience working in school settings preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language evaluations to identify student needs and develop individualized plans Deliver evidence-based therapy to students, both individually and in groups, addressing a range of communication disorders Create measurable goals and document student progress in accordance with district and federal requirements Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations as a valued team member Consult with teachers and parents to implement effective classroom strategies and ensure carryover of skills Maintain accurate records and adhere to district, state, and ethical guidelines
