Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current, valid state SLP licensure or eligibility Clinical expertise in pediatric and school-based settings Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluation results and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to design effective intervention strategies Monitor and document student progress, providing updates and support as needed Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert recommendations and feedback Stay updated on best practices and developments in pediatric speech-language pathology
