Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Location:
Lancaster, SC (Elementary School - Multi-Site Assignment) Schedule Full-time | 35-37.5 hours per week School hours: approximately 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM Assignment Dates 07/27/2026 - 05/28/2027 Caseload Approximately 40 elementary students School-based speech-language services Position Overview The SLP will provide direct therapy services, support IEP development and implementation, and collaborate with educators and school staff to improve student communication outcomes. This role requires flexibility to work across multiple elementary school sites. Responsibilities Deliver speech-language therapy services to students Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring Attend and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school requirements Requirements ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP eligible) South Carolina LLR licensure (or eligibility) South Carolina Educator Certificate School-based or pediatric experience preferred Submission Requirements Blinded resume Copy of all certifications/licenses Two available time slots for virtual interview scheduling Interview Process Candidates must provide two available dates/times for virtual interviews at time of submission.
