What You Bring:

Active SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Prior experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language pathology Proven track record working with K-12, especially elementary-aged students Ability to collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student growth Strong organizational and communication skills to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students across three sites

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy to students based on IEP goals Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement therapy plans and maintain detailed documentation Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Provide support and resources to parents and teachers to reinforce communication goals Travel between three school sites within the district as needed Highlights of the
