Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current South Carolina SLP license or eligibility (CFY and CCC candidates encouraged to apply) Experience working in school settings preferred, but open to new graduates Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for students

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans Provide direct speech-language therapy to students according to IEPs Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to monitor progress Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, offering guidance and input on student needs Educate staff and families about speech and language strategies
